Brighter Minds Education


A new way to train the brain Unlocking the unlimited potential of the brain through advance training methodology based on the science of Neuroplasticity, Brighter Minds Education is implemented in our school where students can enrich and enhance their cognitive abilities, sense of observation & intuition, efficiency of the brain and overall development. As an integral part of curriculum the brighter minds classes are conducted in the school premises during school hours for the students between the ages of 5 to 15. Last year, around 40 students completed the Alpha Course of Brighter Minds and enrolled in the advanced Alpha Plus course this year. Additionally, 700 students from classes 1 to 8 enrolled in the Alpha Course this year. It consists of finely tuned balance of exercises that activate and relax different lobes of the brain, all within a positive learning environment. These include brain, eyeball, journaling and breathing exercises, music and dance as well as prayer & relaxation. Blind Fold activity is also applied to assess the changes in observational abilities of children through the use of various sensory modalities. Brighter Minds is an educational program designed to enhance cognitive abilities in children and adults. It focuses on stimulating brain function through a combination of techniques aimed at improving concentration, memory, creativity, intuition, and emotional well-being.The world of today and tomorrow requires leaders that are intellectually, emotionally and spiritually rich and it is high time we should start thinking and acting in this direction right away. Everyone possesses their own unique blend of weaknesses and strengths. However, it is our dedication to self-improvement that empowers us to harness these gifts, shaping them into tools for a brighter future.

Heartfulness Meditation


A way for nourishing and blossoming the divinity within you Our world, today, is suffering from emotional instability due to many self-created reasons. The anxiousness, depression, fearfulness & anger, if left uncared, can soar into a colossal mental illness. To foster a more conscious learning environment, we have integrated Heartfulness Meditation as a mandatory aspect of the school curriculum. Practicing Heartfulness meditation transforms the classroom environment, allowing us to connect deeper within ourselves. Meditation is practiced daily by all students during the morning assembly for 15 minutes. Intensive meditation sessions are taught to senior classes (IX to XII) in the meditation hall, while relaxation methods are practiced by students below class IX. Primary students engage in silent sitting for 1 minute after each period, improving their academic focus, developing and balancing their likes and dislikes to achieve overall excellence. Heartfulness meditation changes the environment in the classroom. It allow us to go deeper within our heart .It also enables the students as well as the teachers to experience the love, peace and wisdom present within and move from the complexity of the mind to the simplicity of the heart. Not only the students but also the Teachers feel more connected to themselves and the world around them. Here mind becomes still allowing for greater insight into peaceful thoughts and feelings. We may also find that our body relaxes deeply as well leading to improve physical health benefit such as reduce stress level or better sleep quality. Meditation is the process of welcoming our spirit into every cell of our body, it is the language of the soul which provides a way of learning, how to let go in order to keep ourselves awake. ‘Peace and joy are already within you activate them with meditation’
